On Monday, February 13, 2023, His Excellency Mr. Tiémoko MORIKO received the visit of Mr. COULIBALY Ali Kader, General Administrator of Financial Services and Central Accounting Officer of the Treasury (ACCT) at the head of a delegation of fourteen (14) members in Accra , as part of a training mission for Administrative and Financial Services (SAF) and Paymasters Assistants in Embassies.
