Consular approach
On Friday, February 03, 2023 in the Chancellery conference room, His Excellency Mr. Tiémoko MORIKO, Civil Status Officer of the Diplomatic District, proceeded to the marriage of Mr. Didier Gouleu FOTSO of Cameroonian nationality and Miss Mida Amon Céline KOUAME of Ivorian nationality.
After having read the texts of the Law and recorded their mutual consents, they were declared united by the bonds of marriage in the presence of their respective witnesses.
