On Friday May 13, 2022, in Accra, Mr. Pierre DIMBA, took part in the 23rd Ordinary Meeting of the Assembly of ECOWAS Health Ministers during which, like his peers, he proceeded to the signature of the Accra Declaration on Universal Health Care.
