Consular approach
His Excellency Alassane OUATTARA, President of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, took part, as guest of honour, in the inauguration ceremony of the President elect of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Mr. Nana Addo Dankwa AKUFO-ADDO, this Saturday, January 7, 2017, at "Independence Square Kwame N'Krumah", Accra, venue of the event.
On this occasion, President OUATTARA delivered a speech before the Ghanaian Parliament.
The ceremony was attended by several Heads of State, including Her Excellency Mrs. Ellen Johnson SIRLEAF, President of the Republic of Liberia, who delivered a speech in her capacity as President-in-Office of the Economic Community of West African States. (ECOWAS).
