Mr. Mamadou Sangafowa COULIBALY, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, paid an official visit to the FAO Regional Office for Africa, in his capacity as President of the 29th Regional Conference of FAO for Africa (CRA) in Accra, Ghana, from 16 to 17 March 2017.

The Minister's visit, which was part of the follow-up to the recommendations of the 29th ARC, was, among other things, to report to the FAO Conference and to contribute to the preparation of the 30th African Regional Conference (ARC).

During this visit, the Minister SANGAFOWA, President of the 29th ARC, presented his roadmap until the 30th Regional Conference to Mr. Bukar TIJANI, Assistant Director-General and Regional Representative of FAO for the Africa.

Minister Mamadou Coulibaly Sangafowa was received in audience by His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-ADDO, President of the Republic of Ghana, and also paid a courtesy call on his Ghanaian counterpart, Owusu Afriyie AKOTO, Minister of Food and Agriculture.
