Consular approach
Mr. Laurent Tchagba, at the head of an interministerial delegation composed of 12 members, made a working visit to Ghana from March 13 to 16, 2023 as part of the search for solutions to the pollution of water in the basins shared between the Coast d'Ivoire and Ghana, namely the Bia and Tanoé rivers.
During this working visit, the Minister met with the Ghanaian Authorities in charge of Water, Environment, Mines, Defence, Agriculture, Fishery Resources and Health to guarantee resources quality water supply and provide populations with fish products suitable for food.
