Consular approach
On Thursday, October 27, 2022, His Excellency Mr. Tiémoko MORIKO received in audience, Mr. Samuel Shay, Founder of the Israeli company “Gulf Technology systems” (GTS) who was accompanied for the occasion by Mr. Dibi Cophi Yao Arnaud, in charge of external affairs and diplomatic relations at “Asian - African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AACCI)”.
The discussions during this audience focused on the presentation of the investment projects of the said structure in Côte d'Ivoire.
