Consular approach
On Wednesday January 27, 2021, former President John Jerry RAWLINGS was buried in Accra, in the Ghanaian capital, following the tribute ceremony held in the morning of the same day, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Nana Addo Dankwa AKUFO- ADDO, President of the Republic of Ghana, National Authorities and many foreign delegations.
An official Ivorian delegation led by Mr. Adama TOUNGARA, Mediator of the Republic of Ivory Coast, took part in this ceremony, held in Independance Square.
